Former England international James Haskell has called for meaningful change and urged rugby union to stop “paying lip service” in the fight against long-term ramifications of concussion.

As part of Progressive Rugby, a new lobby group eager to reform the sport, Haskell believes steps may have been taken out of fear, rather than science.
